Astrid Laurent

Astrid Laurent is an experienced project manager specializing in research and development within the footwear and apparel sectors, currently serving as Chef de projet R&D for Trail Running footwear at Salomon since September 2015. Previous roles include managing product development for snowboard boots and apparel at Piaget, and overseeing the development of women's bags at Hermès. Astrid's extensive background also includes significant experience in subcontracting, with a focus on performance indicators, supplier management, and production quality at Chanel, as well as industrial project oversight at Siemens. Astrid holds a Master's Degree in Fashion & Design Management from the Institut Français de la Mode and a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, complemented by a Master of Engineering in Business Management from Concordia University.
