Tessa Anraad

Tessa Anraad is an experienced education developer currently serving as an Onderwijsontwikkelaar Hoger Onderwijs at Salta Group since February 2017, focusing on developing high-quality and engaging educational programs, particularly for second-degree teacher training. Previously, Tessa held the position of Studieadviseur at Hogeschool NCOI, offering guidance to students in higher vocational education with a specialization in teacher training. Prior to this, Tessa worked at KidsRights as Coördinator Kinderrechtenlespakket, organizing the inaugural KidsRights Week to promote children's rights in Dutch primary schools. Tessa also gained experience as a Communications Intern at KidsRights, focusing on child welfare advocacy. Earlier in Tessa's career, leadership skills were developed as Leidinggevende at Café de Voortuin, managing daily operations and staff training. Tessa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Recreation Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and completed a coaching program at De Upstarter.
