Bobby Westmoreland

Bobby Westmoreland has extensive experience within The Salvation Army, having served in various leadership roles since 1996. Currently, Westmoreland is the Assistant Secretary for Personnel and concurrently holds the position of General Secretary for The Salvation Army Potomac Division. Previous roles include Territorial Youth Secretary, Divisional Commander, and Divisional Youth Secretary, with a focus on youth programming and development across 14 Southern states. Westmoreland’s early career included significant contributions to Salvation Army operations in impoverished areas of Mississippi and Louisiana. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in International Development from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from The University of Southern Mississippi.
