Keith Sharpe

Keith Sharpe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching and leadership development within high-performance sports and organizational settings. Currently serving as the Head of Coaching and Leadership Development for the GB Cycling Team since July 2018, Keith plays a key role in shaping the team's culture and performance. In addition to this, Keith contributes as a listening volunteer for Samaritans and coaches and mentors within the Premier League. Providing consultancy services since 2002, Keith also developed the "Leading for Life" program to inspire leadership in secondary schools. Previous roles include Global Head of Learning and Character Development at Right to Dream and Director of Talent, Culture, and Development at Spirit 7, among others. Keith's educational background includes qualifications in performance management and sociology from various prestigious institutions.
