Erlend Skarsgard Nyheim

Erlend Skarsgard Nyheim is a co-founder of Sammen om en jobb, contributing to the organization's overall development and the execution of the mentor program since January 2017. Previous experience includes serving as a consultant at Kirkens Bymisjon, where efforts focused on assisting local organizations in combating poverty and social exclusion, and as a teacher for summer science courses at Sommerskolen. Erlend worked as an organizational consultant and project coordinator for LIN, where the focus was on empowering migrant minorities in Norway, as well as a caseworker for the EU Rights Clinic, providing legal consultancy on Schengen rights. Prior roles also include being a school assistant at Nydalen High School, supporting students with special needs. Erlend holds a Master's degree in Human Rights Law with International Migration from the University of Kent and a Bachelor's degree in International Environment and Development from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
