Ndey Jobarteh

Ndey Jobarteh is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project coordination, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Prosjektkoordinator and Organisasjonsrådgiver at Sammen om en jobb since September 2019, Ndey also operates as the owner and daily leader of Jobs Consulting Gambia, which specializes in job placement and training for job seekers. Additional roles include founder and daily leader of Gambia House, focusing on promoting Gambian interests in trade and development, and founder and chair of Jobs Consulting Kompetanse Utvikling og Entrepreneurskap (JOKODE), a program aimed at skills development for youth with minority backgrounds. Ndey's previous experience encompasses positions at Amazon, Ria Financial Services, Genkey AS, Meltwater Group, and The African Womens Development Fund, highlighting a strong commitment to economic empowerment and strategic development across multiple sectors. Ndey holds advanced degrees from several universities, including an MBA in Organization and Management from the University of Gdansk and a master's course in Social Development and Planning from NMBU.
