Akash Shroff

Akash Shroff is a Machine Learning Engineer currently working at Samsara since August 2024, specializing in ML Infrastructure. Prior to this role, Akash contributed as a Machine Learning Engineer at Navsoft, where a Data Science chatbot enabling complex analytics through natural language was designed. Experience includes stock market forecasting at Northwestern Fintech Club using statistical and deep learning methods and developing a full-stack solution called 'Athena' at Nousot, Inc. Additionally, Akash has demonstrated software engineering skills by creating an online system for a non-profit organization, serving as a Teaching Assistant at Northwestern University, and contributing to the Formula SAE team as a Cloud Engineer. Akash founded AllPink, a breast cancer awareness organization, and gained industry insights during an internship at Pharmed Limited in Bangalore. Akash holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Northwestern University.
