Jackie Parker

Jackie Parker is a QA Engineer at Samsara since February 2019, responsible for testing new features and troubleshooting issues within an Agile development model, while also writing detailed test plans and coordinating with development and product teams. Prior to this, Jackie served as a Solutions Engineer, leveraging industry expertise to guide product development in industrial automation. Jackie began a career at Rockwell Automation as a Software Engineer and later as a Field Support Engineer, where comprehensive project management and technical support skills were developed. Earlier experiences include a research assistant role at Case Western Reserve University, an internship at Philips, and customer service at Kroger Co. Jackie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
