Clay Boyce

Clay Boyce, P.E. serves as the Director of Hydrogen & Modern Fuels at Samuel Engineering, Inc. since March 2021, providing strategic direction in hydrogen and modern fuels, including project execution and client management. Previously, Clay held several key engineering leadership roles, including Vice President of Engineering at Lauren Engineers & Constructors, Inc., and Process Engineering Manager at KP Engineering, LP, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering design groups and managing process engineers across multiple offices. Clay played a significant role in establishing a startup office in the oil and gas industry at JV Industrial Companies, Ltd. and progressed through various positions at CB&I, culminating in the role of Manager of Process Systems Engineering. Clay began a career in process engineering at Howe-Baker Engineers, acquiring extensive experience in process design and management. Clay holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
