The Legal Team at the San Diego County District Attorney's Office is responsible for the rigorous and professional prosecution of criminal cases to ensure justice and protect the community. Composed of Deputy District Attorneys, Crime Analysis Administrators, Chief Deputy District Attorneys, Senior Criminal Intelligence Analysts, Fraud Investigators, Graduate Law Clerks, and Legal Support Assistants, this team collaborates to meticulously analyze evidence, build legal strategies, and present cases in court to hold offenders accountable while upholding the principles of truth and justice.
