Kamila Sledz

Kamila Sledz is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee engagement and total rewards management. Kamila has served as Total Rewards Manager at San Diego Humane Society since December 2013, having previously held roles as Sr. Employee Engagement Generalist and Employee Engagement Generalist within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as an HR Generalist at Kevcon, Inc. and an HR Intern at Aflac. Kamila's career began in the US Navy as a Yeoman Second Class, with an honorable discharge after five years of service. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Management/HR and Finance from DePaul University, along with a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC San Diego.
