David Webb Rex

David Webb-Rex is an experienced education and service professional with a strong background in special education and developmental services. Currently serving as a Participant Choice Specialist at San Diego-Imperial Counties Developmental Services Inc. since February 2021, David focuses on self-determination and participant-directed services. Prior roles include Service Coordinator for the San Diego Regional Center, Case Manager at Club Xcite, and various teaching positions in special education. David holds Education Specialist Credentials in Special Education from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Northwest Nazarene University.
