Thom Harpole

Thom Harpole, MPA, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Director at San Diego State University, and previously held the positions of Director of Employee Relations & Compliance and Employee Relations Manager at the same institution. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Labor Relations Officer for The City of San Diego. Thom Harpole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University.
