Angela Kahn graduated from California State University Northridge with a Master’s in Public Administration with an emphasis on nonprofit management. Angela has 25 years of managerial experience in the areas of government contract compliance, quality assurance, and improvement. Angela has worked at the Center for 14 years and developed the Center’s Quality Management Department that is responsible for the staff documentation/billing training program; internal reviews and audits of client services; and program administrative support to increase compliance with government contract requirements.
