Erin Cooke is a seasoned professional in sustainability and environmental policy, currently serving as the Sustainability + Environmental Policy Director at San Francisco International Airport since May 2016. Erin integrates sustainability initiatives across the airport's operations, developing and managing comprehensive sustainability policies. In addition, Erin has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Presidio Graduate School since August 2012, teaching courses in civic leadership and integrative capstone planning. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant to the City Manager and Sustainability Manager for the City of Cupertino, where Erin successfully implemented a comprehensive sustainability program. Additional roles encompass freelance writing for Sustainable Business Strategies, project specialization at CLF Ventures, and managing operations at the Environmental Insurance Agency. Erin holds multiple degrees, including an MPA in Environmental Science & Policy from Columbia University and a BA in Business Management from UMass Amherst.
