Benjamin Frazier

Benjamin Frazier is an experienced transportation planner currently serving as Transportation Planner III at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency since October 2023. Frazier previously held various roles, including Associate Planner and Senior Transportation Planner, with Alta Planning + Design from September 2016 to October 2023, where key responsibilities included project management, leading active transportation plans for multiple jurisdictions, co-facilitating school safety assessments, and organizing community engagement events. Prior experience includes working with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority as a Metro Trainee, contributing to IT projects focused on transit applications, and interning with the City of Los Angeles in the Active Transportation Division. Frazier holds a Master's Degree in Planning with a concentration in Transportation and Infrastructure Planning from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies and Political Science from Santa Clara University.
