Jonathan Rewers

Jonathan Rewers, AICP, serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for the City and County of San Francisco's Municipal Transportation Agency, focusing on agency-wide strategy execution, program design, and operational efficiency. Over the years, Jonathan has held various key roles including Acting Chief Financial Officer and Senior Manager of Budget and Financial Planning, overseeing significant financial operations such as managing a budget exceeding $1 billion. Jonathan's commitment extends to community service, as evidenced by current and previous Board positions with the San Francisco Parks Alliance and the Sacramento Parks and Recreation Commission. An educator, Jonathan has also lectured on Strategic Design and Management at Parsons School of Design. Academic achievements include Master's degrees in Strategic Design and Management, Urban and Regional Planning, and an MBA, alongside a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis.
