Dr. Maurice Elkins

Dr. Maurice Elkins is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Operational Technology & Infrastructure at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission since May 2024. Prior to this role, Dr. Elkins held positions including Information Systems Division Director-Technical Services for Contra Costa County and Information Technology Manager for the Los Angeles County Fire Department. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations for Resolution Partners, LLC, and roles at TEKsystems and the Department of Defense, where responsibilities included developing strategic technology plans and managing diverse IT teams. Dr. Elkins holds a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership and an MBA in Global Management, both from the University of Phoenix.
