Michael Restuccia

Appointed by the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors, Michael Restuccia served his first term on the RTD Board of Directors in 2011. Director Restuccia has experience in both government and transportation, with 12 years on the Ripon City Council, two years as the Mayor of Ripon, and six years each on the governing boards for the San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission and the San Joaquin Council of Governments. He has been a member of the San Joaquin County Employee Retirement Association board since 1999 and has more than 30 years of experience in banking and finance.
