Binh Quan

Binh Quan has extensive experience in library services and education, currently serving as a PT Librarian II at San Jose Public Library since March 2019 and managing MB English Fun Club since October 2017. Previously, Binh held the position of American Center Director at the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi from May 1997 to September 2017. Binh's academic background includes a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Simmons University and a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Hanoi Teachers' Training College, completed between 1972 and 1977.
