Shannon Murphy

Shannon Murphy is an experienced educator and project administrator with a diverse professional background. Currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at San Mateo-Foster City School District since August 2022, Shannon previously held roles at M Moser Associates, where responsibilities included Project Administrator and Administrative Assistant. Shannon also demonstrated leadership as a Team Leader for Cycle for Survival from February 2014 to February 2018, where over $20,000 was raised for cancer research through the management of cycling teams and volunteers. Additional experience includes independent contracting for James Wagstaffe, Kerr and Wagstaffe LLP, group exercise instruction at USC Recreational Sports Department, and tennis instruction at The Peninsula Golf and Country Club. Shannon earned a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Southern California.
