Cindy Bader

Cindy Bader has extensive experience in educational leadership, primarily in student services and activities management. Currently retired, Cindy served as the Assistant Director of Student Services at San Rafael City Schools from August 2008 until retirement, overseeing special education programs. Between March 2010 and March 2011, Cindy was the President of the California Association of Directors of Activities. Prior roles include Activities Director at Terra Linda High School from 1996 to 2007, where responsibilities included oversight of student government and leadership classes, and Activities Director and Teacher at Tracy Unified School District from 1985 to 1995, managing student activities for a large student body. Earlier experience includes a sales position at Motorola. Cindy holds a Master's degree in Special Education from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Chico.
