Claudia Thompson

Claudia Thompson, M.A., Education Specialist, currently serves as the Assistant Principal at San Rafael City Schools since July 2023. Previously, Claudia operated as the Student Teacher Supervisor of the SPED Program at University of the Pacific - Benerd College from August 2021 to July 2023 and held the position of Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Star Academy - San Rafael from June 2018 to July 2023. Claudia's earlier roles include Vice Principal, Dean of Academics, and Master Academic Scheduler at St. Vincent de Paul Schools, where responsibilities involved creating the master schedule and developing the RSP program. Additional experience includes serving as a Learning Specialist at Kehillah Jewish High School, focusing on integrating students with diverse learning needs. Claudia's education includes a Master's in School Leadership and Administration from Loyola Marymount University, a Master of Arts in Special Education from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from the University of San Francisco, along with a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.
