Ayşe Bahar Turan

Ayşe Bahar Turan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product and project management. Currently serving as the Product & Project Management Office Manager at SAN TSG since August 2024, Ayşe previously held multiple roles at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG from April 2015 to August 2024, including Project & Product Manager, Transformation Coach, and Assistant Production Manager, leading efforts in production quality and health, safety, and environment initiatives. Ayşe began their career as a Production Engineer focusing on optimizing production schedules, and also gained experience as a Future Talent at Teknosa and an intern at Falez Çelik Kapı. Ayşe holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul University, completed in 2015.
