Federico D'Onofrio

Federico D'Onofrio is an experienced professional in customer experience and coaching, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at SanCor Salud Grupo de Medicina Privada since July 2019, overseeing the Regional Attention Center with a focus on performance indicators and member stock analysis. Concurrently, Federico is a coach at Axon Training, guiding the professional development of future coaches and providing feedback on their learning. Additionally, Federico acts as a leadership coach and high-performance physical trainer, and previously coordinated a team of 35 coaches at Sparring Center from June 2015 to April 2019. Federico's educational background includes multiple advanced degrees in coaching and leadership from Axon Training and a degree in sports training from CEEF.
