Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in both health and business sectors. As the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, practice as a Nutritionist at Consultorio Particular, and teaching as a university professor on subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
