Katja Razinger

Katja Razinger currently serves as President of the Board of Management at Sandoz d.d. and as Head of Sales Operations for Sandoz Export Business at Lek Pharmaceuticals, roles began in November and October 2023 respectively. With a long-standing career at Sandoz since 2006, Katja has held several key positions, including Diversity and Inclusion Champion for Region Europe, Country Head Slovenia, and Head of Marketing and Sales Rx & BiO. Prior experience includes leading Sales Operations at Novartis in Slovenia from July 2021 to October 2023 and serving as a facilitator for the #IamRemarkable initiative, which promotes the achievements of women and underrepresented groups. Additionally, Katja has been involved as a mentor and mentee with Inspired Women Lead! since December 2018. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Pharmacy from the University of Ljubljana and a Business Excellence Executive Program from INSEAD.
