Rachel Lewis is a co-founder and recruiter at Sandpiper Talent, a technical recruiting firm established in December 2020, where responsibilities include leading operations, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and client sourcing. Prior to this, Rachel held roles as a recruiting partner for WRSTBND and WOKEN, focusing on hiring DevOps and Full Stack Engineers.
