The Community and Volunteering team at Sands is dedicated to mobilizing and supporting a network of volunteers and ambassadors who work to raise awareness, provide emotional support, and generate critical funds for the charity. They engage with local communities, manage volunteer-led initiatives, and coordinate mass participation events to foster a supportive environment for anyone affected by the death of a baby, while continuously advocating for improved practices in bereavement care.
