Latha Ganesan

Latha Ganesan is a seasoned technical lead with extensive experience in software quality assurance and testing across multiple organizations. Currently at Sandvine Technologies since April 2014, Latha manages the QA cycle for Sandvine products, focusing on test strategy, design, automation, and performance planning. Previous roles include key positions at NetApp, Airvana, and Global Edge Software Limited, where Latha contributed to automation, test cycle management, and defect identification, utilizing technologies such as TCL, Perl, and UNIX. Latha's educational background includes an MBA in Operations Research from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras.
