Shawn Plummer

Shawn Plummer is an experienced marine safety and health advisor with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as HS Risk Manager and Health and Safety Advisor at Sanford Limited since June 2020, Shawn previously held roles including Marine Supervisor at SouthPort NZ and Marine Safety Consultant at SeaTec UK Ltd. Earlier positions encompass Bridge Simulator Facility Manager at New Zealand Defence Force and Director/Principal at Fowey Maritime Centre. With a strong foundation in training management and safety inspections, Shawn has overseen significant projects and budgets across various organizations, demonstrating expertise in marine safety, training, and operational management.
