Ajay Kapur

Ajay Kapur currently serves as the CEO of Adani Group's Cement Business, overseeing key companies including Ambuja Cement, ACC Cement, and Sanghi Industries, with a projected capacity increase to 140 MT by 2028. Ajay Kapur also holds positions as CEO and Whole Time Director at Ambuja Cements Limited and ACC Limited, and recently became Chairman of Sanghi Industries. Prior roles include CEO of Special Projects at Adani Ports and SEZ, and CEO of Aluminium & Power at Vedanta Resources Limited, where significant growth was achieved. Ajay Kapur's extensive experience spans several leadership roles within the cement and aluminium sectors, supported by an educational background in business management and economics from prestigious institutions including The Wharton School and K J Somaiya Institute of Management.
