Sarah Djari

Sarah Djari currently serves as the Head of Clean Energy Generation & Access in the Private Sector at the Green Climate Fund, focusing on climate change mitigation and adaptation investments. Djari is also a member of the Investment Committee at the Sanitation and Hygiene Fund, which aims to enhance global sanitation and hygiene initiatives. In addition, Djari advises SmartHelio, a solar technology company, and has held leadership roles in various initiatives, including the Gender Lens Initiative for Switzerland and responsAbility Investments AG. With extensive experience in impact investing across emerging markets and a strong educational background in physics and finance from institutions such as Imperial College London and the University of Oxford, Djari consistently promotes sustainable practices and innovative solutions in finance and energy sectors.
