Ryan Bonial is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in frontend development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Sanity since August 2024, Ryan previously held the position of Sr. Staff Frontend Engineer at Netlify from October 2020 to August 2024, leading various teams focused on observability, growth, and monetization. Prior roles include Senior Staff Engineer 2 at Cognizant, where Ryan oversaw incubation projects and collaborated on advanced technology initiatives, and Web Architect at Epicor Software, responsible for designing web and mobile solutions for enterprise applications.
