Shannon Rajan

Shannon Rajan is a prominent partner specializing in disputes within the Construction, Infrastructure, and Engineering practice, currently serving at Sanjay Mohan since January 2025 and previously at Skrine from September 2007 to January 2025. As co-head of the OSH practice, Shannon focuses on providing comprehensive advice to stakeholders in the construction industry throughout the entire life cycle of projects. Shannon holds a Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law from the National University of Singapore, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, a Diploma in International Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
