Yanela Mtsotso

Yanela Mtsotso is an experienced Business Intelligence Developer and Data Modeller currently working at Sanlam since November 2019, previously holding roles such as Business Intelligence Support and SAP Data Modeller at PBT Group and EOH Mthombo Pty Ltd, respectively. Yanela's expertise includes reporting requirements analysis, delivering BI solutions, producing technical documentation, BI modelling, data migration, and ETL processes. With a strong educational background, Yanela holds a Master of Technology in Information Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer and Media Application focused on BI and Analytics from the University of the Western Cape, as well as a BTech in IT & Management and a National Diploma in Information Technology from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
