Egle Rimsaite Bedel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational capability, transformation, and internal audit. Since October 2015, Egle has been with Sanofi, currently serving as Head of Organizational Capability & Transformation for General Medicines and previously as Global Medical Omni-Channel Transformation Lead. Egle has a strong background in digital strategy and change management, overseeing digital medical portfolios and governance. Prior experience includes leadership roles in internal audit at Sanofi and KPMG, where responsibilities encompassed managing audit exercises, implementing innovative tools, and building stakeholder relationships. Egle holds a Master's degree in Economics and Consulting from Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from LCC International University.
