Florie Schild serves as the mRNA vaccine CMC Drug Product Development Unit Head at Sanofi since March 2018, previously holding the position of CMC Drug Product Development Leader - Scientist. Prior experience includes serving as R&D Project Manager at BGene, focusing on bacterial strain genetic engineering for synthetic biology, with responsibilities in intellectual property management, project management, funding applications, and technical achievements in genetic tool creation and high-throughput platform implementation. Florie holds a PhD in Biochemistry from CEA, with a dissertation on the biochemical characterization of the Arabidopsis thaliana protein SBP1, complemented by various engineering trainee roles and an educational background including a Master's degree from the University of Calgary and a Master of Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques.
