Maguelone Fallot-Bataille

Maguelone Fallot-Bataille is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Global Head of Organizational Capabilities and Transformation for Manufacturing and Supply at Sanofi since September 2010. Prior roles at Sanofi include Head of HR Africa and Head of HR Global Research, alongside a position as Talent and Organisation Development Director from January 2002 to December 2009.
