Jennifer Drake is an accomplished Product Manager with extensive experience in digital products and e-commerce solutions. Currently at Santander Consumer USA since September 2021, Jennifer supports the development of digital products. Previously, at The Michaels Companies, Inc. from August 2020 to September 2021, Jennifer managed digital e-commerce products and internal applications, effectively communicating with stakeholders and creating product roadmaps. Jennifer has also held roles such as UI/UX Business Analyst at Topgolf and Project Manager/Business Analyst at Razoyo, showcasing a strong background in user experience design, project management, and technical documentation. Jennifer's career began at Slide UX as an Associate Producer, following an academic advising position at Texas Tech University. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and a minor in Mathematics, Jennifer combines technical expertise with strong managerial skills.
