Joana Oliveira

Joana Oliveira is a seasoned BI Business Analyst at Santander Portugal since March 2022, with prior experience as a Data Analyst at Capgemini from March 2018 to March 2022. During this time, Joana contributed to projects for institutions such as the Direção-Geral de Recursos Naturais, Segurança e Serviços Marítimos, Banco de Portugal, and Fidelidade as a Business Intelligence Consultant. Joana's career also includes a position as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Smart Consulting - Delivering IT and a role as a Software QA Tester at Capgemini. Joana holds a Post-Graduation in Gestão de Sistemas de Informação and a Licentiate degree in Estatística Aplicada, both from Universidade do Minho.
