Sriram Vedantha Ramanujam

Sriram Vedantha Ramanujam is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Executive Director and Head of CLO Structuring at Santander US since February 2023. Prior to this role, Sriram was Director of CLO Structuring Head and Trader at Amherst Pierpont Securities from August 2017 to February 2023. Sriram has extensive experience at Citi, where tenure included roles as Vice President in Markets Quantitative Analysis across New York and London, and previous positions as Research Associate and Quantitative Analyst. Early career experience includes a position as Math Designer at Atronic Americas LLC. Sriram holds an MBA from London Business School and advanced degrees in Mathematics and Engineering Mathematics from the University of Madras and The University of Texas at Dallas.
