Janice Ooi

Janice Ooi currently serves as the Deputy Head of HR for Asia at Santen, a position held since March 2019. Janice's prior experience includes roles such as People & Capability Advisor at Ventia Pty Ltd, HR Generalist at Apple, HR Executive at Sandvik, HRIS Officer at Flextronics, and Business Data Analyst at Dell. Janice holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Murdoch University, obtained between 2017 and 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services, completed at Murdoch University from 2005 to 2008.
