Joel Lemieux

Joel Lemieux is an experienced professional in the fields of manufacturing and supply chain management, currently serving as the External Manufacturing and Sourcing Director at Santen since September 2022. Prior to this role, Joel held several senior positions at GSK from March 2015 to October 2019, including VP Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain Categories, as well as leading roles in Contract Manufacturing Operations for Consumer Health. Additionally, Joel worked at Novartis as the Global Head of Third Party Organization from December 2011 to February 2015, and held various positions at Procter & Gamble from August 2004 to June 2010, including Plant Manager and Product Supply Associate Director. Joel holds degrees from Université Laval, attended from 1984 to 1989.
