Laetitia Ricou

Laetitia Ricou is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Lead, HR Generalist at Santen since October 2018, overseeing a wide array of responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, labor relations, talent development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.
