Graeme Martin

Graeme Martin is an experienced trainer and assessor with a strong background in the oil and gas sector, demonstrated through various roles at Santos Ltd and Chevron. Currently serving as a Trainer/Assessor at Santos Ltd, Graeme previously held positions as a Competency Assurance Specialist at Chevron, where responsibilities included developing training packages for the Gorgon LNG Plant, and as a Competency Based Training Coordinator at Santos Ltd, where Graeme conducted assessments and delivered training programs for production technicians. Additionally, Graeme contributed to the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority as an Exam Invigilator and worked briefly as a Census Field Officer with the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Graeme holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and possesses comprehensive expertise in competency-based training, assessment, and operational safety within the industry.
