McKenzie Ditty

McKenzie Ditty, PMP CSCP, currently serves as a Product Manager at SANY America since September 2021, focusing on developing market strategies and product definitions through customer engagement. Prior to this role, McKenzie held various positions at JLG Industries from January 2011 to September 2021, including Senior Project Engineer, where responsibilities included leading designs for chassis subsystems, and Project Engineer, specializing in machine designs. McKenzie also functioned as Category Manager and Commodity Manager, overseeing product lifecycle and global new product development projects. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager in Tianjin, China, Senior Design Engineer, and Design Engineer, contributing to various machine development projects. McKenzie began the professional journey with internships at Aberdeen Test Center and the West Virginia Division of Highways. McKenzie holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
