Asanda Zitumane

Asanda Zitumane is an accomplished architect currently serving as an Architect (First Year Out) at SAOTA since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Communications Specialist and Social Media Manager at The Excellence Group, where responsibilities encompassed social media management and content creation for multiple companies. Asanda also held the position of Social Media Marketing Manager at Joy’s Eatery and worked as a freelance illustrator. An early career included an Architectural Intern position at noh ARCHITECTS, focusing on project drawing and design, and a Social Media Intern role at CampusKey Student Living. Academic credentials include a Master of Architecture, a Bachelor of Architecture Honours, and a Bachelor of Architecture, all obtained from Nelson Mandela University between 2016 and 2022.
