Lillian Ong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Global Program Director at SAP since November 2024, Lillian focuses on managing SAP's largest strategic accounts and driving value creation. Previously, Lillian held the role of Global Head of IT - Manufacturing & Planning & Procurement at Dyson, where significant initiatives included the implementation of SAP IBP and Ariba across 46 markets. Lillian's background encompasses leadership positions at SAP, The Estée Lauder Companies, IBM, and Novartis, where strategic project management, organizational change, and technology integration were key responsibilities. Lillian holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and multiple engineering and science degrees from prestigious institutions.
