Martin Whitfield

Martin Whitfield is an accomplished professional in the aerospace and defense sector, currently serving as the VP of Aerospace and Defense Services Partner at SAP since February 2022. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Martin has contributed to industry standardization efforts as Chairperson and Vice Chair of the Digital Data Steering Group at SAE International, where focus is placed on developing consensus standards for digital technologies in design and manufacturing. Previous positions include Director of Aerospace and Defense Aftermarket Solutions at HCL Technologies and Software Client Architect at IBM, among others. Martin co-founded WanderOn and has a strong educational background with an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London.
